I’ve been telling Katrina for a few weeks now that we should make pulled pork again. Usually I’d make it with some Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce and eat it by itself or on a bun, but this time I opted to make Pulled Pork Tacos. Keep on reading for the recipe!
Turkey Lasagna

Nothing screams Italian like a homemade lasagna. It combines two of my favorite ingredients, cheese and meat, into a satisfying slab of deliciousness. I’ve attempted to create a “healthier” version utilizing turkey in place of beef or pork sausage, but to be frank, a meal with with this much cheese and meat will never be healthy. Venison Meatballs

A few weeks ago, a coworker of mine who enjoys hunting hooked us up with some bulk venison sausage that he made at home. It has been sitting in our freezer until now, when we decided to thaw it out and make meatballs. Believe it or not, Katrina has never made meatballs in her entire life. I, too, was in disbelief when I learned this fact. She took on this daunting task while I was working late, and the result was absolutely amazing.
